Journo Portfolio offers three plans:

  • Free: add 10 article and a home page
  • Plus - $5 a month: add unlimited articles and pages
  • Pro - $10 a month: All the plus feature plus privacy options, article backups and a custom domain name.

When you first sign-up you have a 7 day trial of the plus plan after which you will automatically switch to the Free plan.

To manage your subscription go to 'Account' in the dashboard and you will be able to see your current subscription. You can change plans by clicking 'View Plans'.

How do subscriptions work?

Once upgraded you will be automatically charged every billing period (monthly or annually) on the same date. You do not need to do anything and you will receive an email receipt of your payment.

What currency do you charge in?

All plans are billed in U.S. dollars but you can see a rough exchange rate for any currency during the upgrade process.

Some older accounts may still be charged in GBP.

How can I pay?

During the upgrade process you can choose to upgrade with PayPal or by card payment. On PayPal you will be asked to authorise a repeat subscription charge.

We process all card payments with Stripe who process billions in payments each year. We do not store your card details on our servers and this is all handled by Stripe. 

Do you offer annual discounts?

You get three months free with annual billing on Pro ($90 a year), and two months free with Plus ($49.90 a year).

Can I switch to annual billing?

If you've decided you're going to use Journo Portfolio for the longer term and want to switch to annual billing to save some money just ping us a message and we'll switch you over.

How can i cancel?

You can cancel at any time by click 'View plans' and switching to the free plan.

Do you offer refunds?

If you think you are entitled to a refund just send us a message and we'll have a look.
